We process withdrawals seven days a week. On our side, a verified withdrawal reaches your bank in an average of 2.3 minutes — measured end to end, from the moment your winnings are confirmed legitimate to the moment your receiving bank credits the funds.
Your first withdrawal takes longer, because identity verification (KYC) happens once. After that, withdrawals run at the normal rate. The minimum withdrawal is RM50, the daily maximum starts at RM10,000 and rises with your account rank, and we charge no fees on withdrawals through any method.
If your withdrawal is taking longer than expected, the cause is almost always one of five things — first-time verification, a bank-side hold, a daily cap, a maintenance window, or a public holiday. Each is explained below, with what to do about it.

How We Measured This
Our 2.3-minute figure comes from our finance team’s internal timing of live withdrawals. Sessions ran for one hour at a time, on randomly chosen days and times across March–April 2026, with every withdrawal inside a sampled hour timed individually.
The same figure came out of an earlier audit run from February 2025 to January 2026. Two separate tests, fourteen months apart, same result.
What the clock measures. It starts once your winnings are verified as legitimate, and stops at receiver bank credit — not when your banking app displays the money. App display timing depends on your bank and is not consistent between customers, so we do not measure it.
What it covers. Ringgit slot withdrawals to Malaysian destinations, across DuitNow bank transfers and e-wallet rails, treated as one population. It does not apply to Interbank GIRO (IBG). The average is a daily average across all seven days of the week, not a business-day average.
This is internal operational monitoring, not a controlled study — it began as a management check on our finance team’s processing efficiency. We publish the method so you can judge the number.
How we timed the competition
For comparison, we timed competitors the same way independent payout-testing sites do: register, deposit real ringgit, play through the requirement, submit a withdrawal, and time it to arrival. 173 withdrawals across 98 Malaysian platforms. Most platforms were tested once, so treat this as indicative rather than definitive. It is our own timed observation, not an industry statistic.

Which Rail Your Money Travels On
“How long does a withdrawal take” has different answers depending on which payment rail carries it. Most guides never mention this, which is why so much advice is contradictory.

Why this matters to you: our 2.3-minute average applies to DuitNow and e-wallet withdrawals. It does not apply to IBG, which is a batch system — an IBG transfer submitted after 5:00pm will not move until the next business day, no matter how fast we process it on our side.
DuitNow itself is not a Pirate777 system. It is national payment infrastructure: launched in December 2018, operated by PayNet, with Bank Negara Malaysia as PayNet’s largest shareholder, and it carried 4.5 billion transactions in 2025.

Why the Fastest Bank Is a Myth
There is no “fastest bank” for DuitNow, and any guide ranking Malaysian banks by DuitNow speed has not researched it properly. DuitNow settles in real time on the same national rail for every participating bank. The rail is identical. A per-bank speed ranking is not a hard question to answer — it is a question with no answer, because the difference being ranked does not exist.
We pay out over DuitNow, and DuitNow reaches 42 Malaysian banks — Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank, RHB, Hong Leong, AmBank, Bank Islam, Bank Rakyat, BSN, Agrobank, Bank Muamalat, Alliance, Affin, MBSB, Al-Rajhi, Kuwait Finance House, OCBC, HSBC, Standard Chartered, Citibank, Bank of China and others. Every one of them receives on the same real-time rail.
What genuinely differs between banks is not speed but policy: daily transfer caps, fraud-hold rules, cooling-off periods on limit changes, and maintenance windows. Those are covered next.
What Can Slow a Withdrawal Down
- 1. Your first withdrawal. Identity verification (KYC) is a one-time step. It is the single most common reason a first withdrawal takes noticeably longer than 2.3 minutes, and it does not repeat.
- 2. Bank-side holds and cooling-off periods. Banks apply their own controls that we cannot bypass. Maybank, for example, applies a 12-hour cooling-off period on requests to increase transfer limits — including DuitNow and interbank transfers — a measure aligned with Bank Negara Malaysia’s security guidelines. Large amounts and newly-added payees can also trigger manual review at your bank.
- 3. Daily caps — and they depend on your account rank. There is no single platform-wide daily maximum. At the entry rank (Civilian) it is RM10,000 a day across up to 3 withdrawals, and both numbers rise with your rank — at the highest rank they reach RM300,000 a day across 8 withdrawals. Maybank and CIMB both allow up to RM50,000 per day for DuitNow and Interbank GIRO combined. So at the lower ranks our cap is the binding limit; once your rank’s cap passes RM50,000 the position flips and your bank’s limit becomes the one that applies. Either way, a large balance comes out across several days.
- 4. Maintenance windows. Individual banks schedule their own maintenance. During those windows a transfer can sit queued even though the DuitNow rail itself is available 24/7.
- 5. Public holidays — and only for some rails. DuitNow runs on public holidays. IBG does not clear on them. Hari Raya Aidilfitri, Chinese New Year and Deepavali pause batch clearing, so a batch-rail transfer submitted just before a long weekend can wait several days.

If Your Withdrawal Is Late
- Check whether it is your first. If so, verification is almost certainly the cause.
- Check the receiving details match your Pirate777 profile exactly — a mismatched name is the most common hard failure.
- Check the amount against your rank’s daily cap — RM10,000 at the entry rank — including anything already withdrawn today.
- Check whether your bank is in a maintenance window.
- Contact support if none of the above applies. We process seven days a week.

Frequently Asked Questions
How long does a Pirate777 withdrawal take?
An average of 2.3 minutes, measured end to end from verified winnings to receiver bank credit. Your first withdrawal takes longer because of one-time identity verification.
Why was my first withdrawal slower?
Identity verification (KYC) runs once, on your first withdrawal. Later withdrawals are not affected.
Which Malaysian bank is fastest for DuitNow withdrawals?
None of them — and any guide that ranks them has not researched it. DuitNow settles in real time on the same national rail for every participating bank. What differs between banks is policy: daily caps, fraud holds and maintenance windows.
Is there a fee to withdraw?
No. We charge no withdrawal fees on any method.
What is the maximum I can withdraw in a day?
It depends on your account rank. At the entry rank it is RM10,000 a day across up to 3 withdrawals, which is below the RM50,000 daily DuitNow limit banks such as Maybank and CIMB allow — so at that rank our cap is the one that applies. Higher ranks raise both figures, reaching RM300,000 a day across 8 withdrawals at the top rank, and once your cap passes RM50,000 your bank’s limit becomes the binding one instead.
Does the 2.3-minute average apply to every withdrawal?
No. It covers ringgit withdrawals to Malaysian destinations via DuitNow and e-wallet rails. It does not apply to Interbank GIRO (IBG), which is a batch system with cut-off times.
Do withdrawals work on weekends and public holidays?
We process seven days a week and DuitNow runs 24/7, including public holidays. IBG does not clear on public holidays.
