In short: one bonus per person, household, device and payment account; turnover = (bonus + deposit) × the offer’s multiplier; the standing first-deposit offer pays RM 30 + 30 XP on a RM 30 deposit (Mega888 games excluded, bonus winnings withdrawable between RM 180 and RM 300); the telco reload-PIN bonus pays 5% on every PIN deposit with no turnover; Mega888 and 918Kiss play never counts toward promotional turnover, rebates or bounty events; welcome bonuses expire 30 days after crediting; and every bonus is optional — cancel one at any time through our 24/7 support.

1. General Bonus Rules

1.1. Single Account Rule (Anti-Abuse)

Bonuses are strictly limited to ONE per:

• Person
• Household address
• IP address
• Email address
• Telephone number
• Payment account (bank account or e-wallet)
• Device (computer, mobile phone, tablet)

Multiple Account Violations:

Any attempt to claim a bonus multiple times using:

Will result in:

• ❌ Immediate forfeiture of ALL bonuses and associated winnings

• ❌ Potential legal action for fraud

This is considered serious bonus abuse and will not be tolerated.

1.2. Eligibility Requirements

To qualify for bonuses, you must:

1.3. Minimum Deposit

Unless otherwise stated in the specific promotion:

• Minimum deposit to qualify: RM 10 (RM 10 by DuitNow QR, FPX or a telco / Touch ’n Go reload PIN; Touch ’n Go, GrabPay, ShopeePay and manual bank transfer from RM 30 — cashier bands read 8 September 2026)
• The standing first-deposit offer needs a RM 30 deposit (Section 2.3)
• Deposit must be made using verified payment method (registered in your name)
• Third-party deposits do NOT qualify for bonuses

1.4. Turnover

The Most Important Bonus Rule:

a. What is a Turnover?

A Turnover, also known as “wagering requirement” or “playthrough,” is the total amount you must wager before bonus funds and any related winnings can be converted into withdrawable cash.

Turnover is expressed as a multiplier (e.g., 1x, 6x, 10x).

b. How It’s Calculated

Formula:
Total Required Wager = (Bonus + Deposit) × Turnover Multiplier

c. Examples

Example 1: Bonus + Deposit Turnover (an illustration of the formula, not a live offer)

• You deposit RM 100 and receive RM 100 bonus (100% match)
• Promotion has 20x Turnover on (Bonus + Deposit)
• You must wager: (RM 100 + RM 100) × 20 = RM 4,000
• Once you’ve wagered RM 4,000 total, winnings become withdrawable

Always check the amount of Turnover in the specific promotion terms.

d. Tracking Your Progress

You can track your wagering progress:

1.5. Bonus Expiry (Time Limits)

All bonuses have an expiration period from the time they are credited.

Standard Expiry:

• Welcome/Deposit Bonuses: Usually 30 days
• Free Spins: Usually 7 days
• No-Deposit Bonuses: Usually 3-7 days
• Reload Bonuses: Usually 14-30 days

What Happens at Expiry:

If the wagering requirement is NOT met within the expiration period:

• ❌ Bonus funds are automatically forfeited
• ❌ Any winnings generated from the bonus are removed
• ✅ Your original deposit (if any) remains in your account
• ✅ Any winnings from real money remain yours

The clock starts when the bonus is credited, not when you start playing.

2. Bonus Structure and Types

2.1. How to Claim Bonuses

Method 1: In the cashier (the first-deposit offer)

• The standing Free RM30 For First Deposit offer (Section 2.3) is applied on the deposit screen: the RM 30 tile prints 30 + 30 + 30, meaning RM 30 deposit, RM 30 bonus and 30 XP
• The bonus is credited with the deposit once the deposit is confirmed

Method 2: Through support within 24 hours (the telco reload-PIN bonus)

• Make the deposit with a U Mobile, Celcom, Digi or Hotlink reload PIN first
• Contact our 24/7 Customer Service Team (WhatsApp, Telegram or in-app Live Chat) within 24 hours of the deposit
• Provide the deposit details; customer service credits the 5% bonus on approval (Section 2.4)

Important Restrictions:

❌ Bonuses CANNOT be added retroactively

• If you forget to claim during deposit, contact support immediately
• We cannot add the telco bonus to a deposit older than 24 hours, or the first-deposit offer to a later deposit
• Plan ahead and claim at the right time

2.2. Maximum Withdrawal Limit

Many bonuses, particularly Free Spin Bonuses and No-Deposit Bonuses, have a Maximum Withdrawal Limit.

What This Means:

This limits the total amount of bonus winnings that can be converted into withdrawable cash.

Example (an illustration, not a live offer):

• You receive a No-Deposit RM 20 Bonus with 5x Maximum Withdrawal and 30x Turnover
• You complete the RM 600 Turnover and have RM 500 in winnings
• Maximum you can withdraw: RM 20 × 5 = RM 100
• The excess RM 400 is automatically removed upon Turnover completion

Why It Exists:

Prevents players from turning tiny free bonuses into massive withdrawals without risk.

Always check the Maximum Withdrawal Limit before playing!

2.3. Welcome Bonus (First Deposit)

The standing offer — Free RM30 For First Deposit (Tasks → Special in the app, read 8 September 2026):

• Deposit: RM 30 (the offer is applied in the cashier, Section 2.1)
• Bonus: RM 30, plus 30 XP toward your rank
• Total playing balance: RM 60
• Bonus withdrawal band: minimum withdrawal RM 180, maximum withdrawal RM 300
• Wagering Requirement: the one printed on the offer in the app
• Validity: 30 days from crediting
• Not available on Mega888 games — the offer names Mega888 as ineligible; 918Kiss is not named
• Offer period: a standing offer; any change is announced before it applies

A first deposit funded by a telco reload PIN takes either this offer or the 5% PIN bonus (Section 2.4), never both. Our first-deposit bonus guide walks through the claim.

One-Time Only: Welcome bonuses can only be claimed ONCE per person/household.

2.4. Reload Offers and the Telco Reload-PIN Bonus

The standing reload-type offer is the telco reload-PIN bonus (Tasks → Special, read 8 September 2026):

• Bonus: 5% extra on every deposit made with a U Mobile, Celcom, Digi or Hotlink reload PIN
• Turnover: none — the 5% carries no wagering requirement of its own (the one-times deposit play-through in our Terms still applies before any withdrawal)
• Claim: contact support within 24 hours of the deposit; customer service credits it on approval
• Combination: cannot be combined with any other deposit bonus
• Deposit band: RM 10 – RM 5,000 per reload-PIN deposit; the reload screen prints its credit rates — a RM 100 telco PIN credits RM 72.50 and a RM 100 Touch ’n Go reload PIN credits RM 89 (read 8 September 2026)
• Offer period: a standing offer; any change is announced before it applies

Any other reload offer is announced in the app (Promotion Notice), on Telegram and on the website banner, and carries the match, turnover and validity printed on that offer.

2.5. No-Deposit Bonuses

Pirate777 runs no standing no-deposit cash bonus (Tasks and Challenge screens read 8 September 2026). What a new account does receive without depositing is XP toward rank through the permanent Growth Quests: Register Gift 100 XP, bank account details 20 XP, first deposit 80 XP, first bet 10 XP, and RM 10 in coins once all four are complete (200 XP reaches Cadet, the second rank).

If a no-deposit cash offer is run, these rules apply:

• The bonus amount, wagering requirement, maximum withdrawal limit and validity are the ones printed on that offer
• A maximum withdrawal limit (Section 2.2) caps what its winnings can convert to
• It counts as your one bonus under the single-account rule (Section 1.1)

Realistic Expectations:

These are promotional tools, not “free money.” The high Turnover and strict limits mean:

• ✅ You can explore games
• ✅ You might win small amounts
• ✅ Large withdrawals are dependent on luck
• ✅ Completing Turnover is a requirement

2.6. Free Spins

Free Spins Bonuses grant a set number of spins on specific slot games. No free-spin offer was standing on our 8 September 2026 read; when one is run, these rules apply:

How They Work:

• ✅ Free Spins must be used on the nominated game specified in the promotion
• ✅ Winnings from Free Spins are credited as Bonus Money
• ⚠️ Bonus Money from Free Spins might have a separate wagering requirement

Example (an illustration, not a live offer):

• You receive: 50 Free Spins on “Gates of Olympus”
• Spin value: RM 1 per spin
• Total Free Spin value: RM 50
• You win: RM 120 from the 50 spins
• RM 120 is credited as Bonus Money
• Turnover (assuming 30x winnings): RM 120 × 30 = RM 3,600 must be wagered

Expiry: Free Spins usually expire in 7 days if unused.

2.7. Cashback and Rebate

Pirate777’s standing cashback-type reward is the Rebate on your own rolling, not a loss-based cashback (Wallet read 8 September 2026):

• Rebate: ×0.5% at Civilian (the entry rank), rising with rank to ×1.2% at King Of The Seas, as the Wallet prints it; claimed in your Wallet
• Friends Rolling: ×0.3% rising to ×0.5% on the rolling of players you recruit through Team Play, Pirate777’s recruitment feature
• After a level-up the new rebate and reward rates apply from the next day
• Excluded: Mega888 and 918Kiss play does not count toward rebate
• Paid as coins — 1 coin = RM 1, withdrawable

A loss-based cashback offer, if run, carries the rate, period and turnover printed on that offer.

Cashback is a consolation bonus, not guaranteed income.

2.8. Rank Rewards (what other sites call a VIP programme)

Pirate777 has no separate VIP scheme: the rank ladder is what other sites call a VIP programme. Thirty ranks run from Civilian to King Of The Seas, and each rank sets five figures shown in your Wallet (rank list read 8 September 2026):

• Rebate: ×0.5% at Civilian, rising to ×1.2%
• Friends Rolling: ×0.3%, rising to ×0.5%
• Bounty Recruitment: 2 times a day, rising to 7
• Withdrawals per day: 3, rising to 8
• Daily withdrawal limit: RM 10,000, rising to RM 300,000

You climb by XP — from Growth Quests, rolling tasks, the first-deposit offer and recruitment milestones; Cadet, the second rank, is reached at 200 XP. The Wallet shows your current and next rank; the full ladder is in our ranks and rewards guide.

2.9. Standing Offers at a Glance

Read in the app (Tasks, Challenge and Wallet screens) on 8 September 2026; these are standing offers, and any change is announced before it applies. We update this page when they change.

• First deposit: RM 30 in → RM 30 bonus + 30 XP; bonus winnings withdrawable RM 180 – RM 300; Mega888 games excluded

3. Game Contribution & Restrictions

3.1. Game Weighting (Contribution Rates)

3.2. Restricted Games

Certain games may be RESTRICTED from play while a bonus is active.

Commonly Restricted:
